Kingdom Property Racing triumphed in the Coronation Cup at the 10th Top of the Gulf Regatta in Pattaya, which saw one-design Platu class yachts race against each other in the signature event at Asia’s largest multi-class sailing occasion.

Skippered by Australian Scott Duncanson, Kingdom Property squeezed home by just one point on the final day of the seven-race event in a thrilling fight to the end.

The Coronation Cup is a highly prestigious event due to its asso ciation with the anniversary of His Majesty Bhumibol Adulyadej’s ascension to the throne in Thailand on May 5. This year had a distinctly international favor with a total of 14 entries from nine countries including Australia, Cambodia, Canada, Hong Kong, Ja pan, Singapore, Thailand and the UK.

Kingdom Property Chief Executive Offcer Nigel Cornick said: “I have been involved in sailing for a over a decade in Thailand with the King’s Cup in Phuket and Top of the Gulf in Pattaya and this has been the most exciting conclusion to any race so far.” Kingdom Property is the developer behind South Point Pattaya.



The Cloud Gets EIA Approval
Over 400 realtors and investors attended Global Top Groups party to celebrate their Pratumnak Hill tower gaining EIA approval. This 80 metre structure has commanding views of Pattaya Beach and Koh Larn Island. The guest were entertained by a group of dancers and a hot DJ.
